The food was outstanding, the service and atmosphere sensational. What a remarkable place! My husband is a vegan and I’m not, but this goes to my list of best meals I’ve ever had.

While visiting a dear friend in Charlotte, he suggested we go to Sanctuary Bistro. I'm so glad that we did. First, they were booked solid for reservations for the evening, but I was advised to call at 5:00 pm for available bar seating. Luckily we were able. The vibe of the restaurant is super chill. Our server was Lacey, and she was super sweet and attentive, as she executed the steps of service immaculately. Now for the food. This was, bar none, the best vegan food I've had in the South. From the flavor profile of the chef's opening complementary bite to the amazing broccoli cheddar soufflé to the tea selection, everything was 10/10. The winner of the evening was the charcuterie board with its selections of amazingly paired flavors. The black-eyed pea sausage was phenomenal. Next time I am in Charlotte, this will be a must-stop destination.

Excellent vegetarian restaurant! The food was fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly. Highly recommend Sanctuary Bistro for anyone looking for delicious vegetarian cuisine. We’ll definitely be back! 🌱😊

Still a 10/10 and my go to Vegan spot when I am local. Brunch didn't disappoint today. Pictured is the Florentine with portobello mushrooms. You can also choose tofu instead of the mushrooms. Lee is always friendly and Barry is an amazing chef! See you next time.

My husband and I had dinner here. It was his first time and my second and he loved it. I love that their menu has so many options and that it’s an intimate setting. They also will give you a list of vegan/ plant based options in Charlotte, which is pretty cool!
